Be a Vincentian

“The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few…” Matthew 9:37

The Mission of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul implies that as Vincentians we:

  • See Christ in anyone who suffers
  • Have personal contact with the poor
  • Come together as a family
  • Help in all possible ways

If you are called upon to dedicate your time and talents to serve your neighbor, please pray on becoming a Vincentian.

The starting role is to be a  “home visitor”: to help pack and deliver food to those in need.  You would go in a pair with someone experienced.

There is no specific time commitment.  You specify your time and availability (for example: weekends, Tues afternoons, weekday evenings, etc.).
